CREDIT Policy
Please be aware that bath products are not made until the order is received.
Glowing Grace does not offer refunds. Credits will be issued for any products that have been deemed damaged. Once a customer has followed the procedures a credit will be issued for the purchase.

- Customers must contact for credit within 48 hours of receipt of product.
- Seal must not have been broken on product
- Reason must be stated in contact
- Process of credit refund may vary according to processing
